The poverty in the center of the region and the affluence at the periphery is a consequence of a large number of policies and practices. The poverty cannot be relieved without a regional strategy and effort. No matter how well the 'inside game is played, without an 'outside game, the situation will continue to worsen. Who runs NOAH?

NOAH has a board which is elected yearly by the members. The board sets the direction for the organization and employs the executive director, who is responsible for our other employees, currently an office manager.

What is Gamaliel and How is NOAH related?
|
Gamaliel is a coalition of organizations like NOAH. The organizations are independent and self-governing. Gamaliel supplies training for leaders and organizers, and provides national consultants, for which the member organizations pay a fee.
