The Leadership training was challenging, exhausting, full of learning and meeting others with similiar values vis a vis social change/justice. What had the greatest impact on me was the "in your face" training mode to prepare us to play an active role in effecting social change. The "effecting" piece of this was about what I learned the most. I highly recommend this training to all who are committed to social change/justice.
